Casa Caretta is located in the only and exclusive residential area of Boa Vista, Parque das Dunas, in the well-known Praia de Chaves just steps away from the turquoise waters of the Atlantic, 15 mins from Sal Rei village and 10 mins from the airport.

Praia de Chaves is a quiet paradise with a stunning beach with crystal clear waters and fine white sand stretching over 5km.
The perfect place to allow yourself to unwind and disconnect completely after a lovely day full of adventures.
Casa Caretta is located in the only and exclusive residential area of Boa Vista, Parque das Dunas, in the well-known Praia de Chaves just steps away from the turquoise waters of the Atlantic, 15 mins from Sal Rei village and 10 mins from the airport. During turtle season, from June to mid-October, you can watch turtles nesting, and through December, you may witness the wonder of baby turtles hatching.

The Space

The place is decorated with style and located between a beautiful garden of autochthonous palm trees.

Inside the house, you’ll find an open layout and stylish, comfortable kitchen with a cooking island and a small living room with sliding glass walls to the terrace and side garden.
The well-equipped, full kitchen makes meal prep easy to enjoy with family and friends in the outdoor dinning space.

Two lovely bedrooms that benefit from in-suite full bathrooms, king size beds, air conditioner, and ultra silent ceiling fans.
In the sea side terrace is an outdoor/"al fresco" dining area, and a kozy lounge overlooking the ocean, excellent for enjoying relaxing sunset evenings.

Other amenities include beach beds, an outdoor shower, very good internet access. If you have a car for more independence, there is a parking space located within the property, right next to the house. The house is situated within a private, secure, gated compound.
