temperatures in January averaging around 25°C. The hottest months are August and
September, when temperatures can soar to 33°C. If the sea breeze weakens during
this period, the heat can feel intense. Despite the high temperatures, many

nighttime spectacle of turtles coming ashore to lay their eggs.
